Caroline's
Corner
Great
News, once again I am the proud aunt of a new baby girl. My baby
sister, Cindy, gave birth to Jennie Marie who looks just like her
big sister, Ellie Marie -- only without the war scars of coming
into this world. Just one more beauty for me to enjoy spoiling!
In reference to new beginnings in today’s ever changing world,
people are often faced with needing to make a fresh career start.
Whether someone is re-entering the work force voluntarily after
raising a child, or recovering from a corporate downsizing, contingent
employment can offer employees and employers a positive career option.
At
Caroline & Company we’ve found temporary and temp-to-hire staffing
placement can be a guarantee of satisfaction for those who like to
explore potential opportunities and solutions without the hassles and
commitments.
For
over 22 years we’ve made a business of matching good
Columbia
jobs with good
Columbia
people. So, this spring and
summer season if -- like your garden -- you need extra help and/or a new
place to grow, just give us a call.
We REALLY do know how to tend to our clients’ contingent
employment/employee needs. It’s always our wish that each and
every day, you enjoy an enriching and productive season.
Hope to stay in touch,

Ellie
has a little sister: On
Tuesday, February 22, Caroline’s newest niece, Jennie Marie, arrived weighing
7 lbs. 13 ozs. Baby
and mother are doing great. At
latest report, big sister Ellie was curiously evaluating her new sibling -
under the watchful eyes of family and friends. Caroline's
on the Mavericks team once more: We're
excited to announce, that for the second season, we will be providing the
support staff when the Mavericks,
Columbia's own minor-league baseball team, play their 47 home games.

Socks and
Undies For Kids: Our
Holiday effort (on behalf of Columbia’s Rainbow House and the children and
families in crisis they serve) raised over 20,000 new pull-ups, diapers,
underwear, socks and more (games, toothbrushes, new winter hats and gloves,
baby wipes, etc.) – thanks to all
the businesses, schools, day cares, organizations and individuals who so
kindly and generously donated. It
is projected the undies and socks will meet, or nearly meet, the needs of
400 or more children served by Rainbow House during the coming year.
The dollar savings to Rainbow’s budget has been estimated at over
twelve-thousand dollars.
