clerical and administrative services to businesses in our area.
We have the reputation in our industry for professionalism,
integrity and commitment to quality service. Reporting
Hours Time Sheets: You are responsible for recording your hours on a weekly time sheet. Write in the time you go in, the time you leave and subtract any time out for an unpaid lunch break. At the end of the workweek, total your hours, sign your time sheet and have your supervisor sign it. Attendance Employees
are expected to be at work and on time each assigned day.
If you miss work or are late, you MUST notify Caroline &
Company (leave a message on our answering machine during non-business
hours) prior to the start of your shift. When on assignment as a Caroline & Company employee, all employees are required to wear clothing suitable for the work being performed. Employees are not to wear shorts, halters, sandals, or any other clothing or accessories considered by management to be disruptive. Caroline & Company requests that all visible body piercing (except for the ears) be removed while on assignment. Pay
Checks Caroline & Company does not guarantee any number of hours per week or the length of time an assignment will last. Caroline & Company strives to offer you the best opportunity available based on your skill level and job market fluctuations. Remember, its up to you to excel in job performance and attendance. Attitude is everything and sometimes can make the difference between being a temporary or becoming a permanent employee!
