Caroline & Company Expands Its 'Socks For Kids' Program

Following the success of last year's "Socks For Kids" campaign, Caroline & Company, a local staffing service, is once again teaming with Rainbow House, a local emergency shelter for abused and neglected children to collect "Socks & Undies for Kids."  Mid-Missourians are invited to drop off tasteful, new underwear and/or training pants and diapers in any size, color or design appropriate for kids, age newborn to 18, at the C&C office, 311 S. Providence Road, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.  The collection runs through December 22. Socks are being accepted, but new underwear is this year's priority.  With Rainbow House's new, larger Towne Drive facility recently opening, the number of children being admitted for shelter will increase.  Call 449-3109 for more information or to request pick-up of multiple items.
